Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward emails from one mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your e-mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to redirect mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
